Return & Refund Policy

At Evolve Beyond, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products marked as final sale, clearance items, or hygiene-sensitive products. If applicable, these exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@evolvebeyond.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
